Service Description

In this class you will experience a beautiful balance of strength and flexibility, sweat and rest. You'll experience 40 minutes of a powerful creative flow followed by 20 minutes of restorative yin. This all-levels class is designed to ignite vitality and dissolve stress. Dates are 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, and 4/30.
