Service Description

A combination of yoga and isometric strength exercises to ensure safety and joint mobility while strengthening major muscle groups. We will be focusing on SHOULDER & NECK strength and mobility for the first 4 weeks (February), followed by CORE (March), HIPS (April), KNEES (May). Breathwork is an anchoring focus throughout the practice. All levels welcome.
