Service Description

A combination of yoga and isometric strength exercises to ensure safety and joint mobility while strengthening major muscle groups. We will be focusing on KNEE strength and mobility in May, BACK health in June and FOOT health in July. Breathwork is an anchoring focus throughout the practice. All levels welcome.
