About the event
MAITRI III will be a 3-part seasonal mini retreat series with Gretchen Geurts held at The WellNest on the first Sunday of each month:
Sunday, January 4th, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Sunday, February 1st, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Sunday, March 1st, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Each retreat includes:
A guided yoga practice
