“After 2020...almost a year of working from home and falling into some unhealthy eating habits, ordering too much take-out, isolation and not as much activity as I'm used to, I felt like I needed something to get me back on track in 2021. Shannon introduced me to the Standard Process purification program so I knew if she recommended it I wanted to do it. The first several days were really challenging, especially the headaches from no caffeine, but I knew I could get through it. I'm so glad I did, I'm over half way done and feeling great!! My energy level is significantly improved and I've lost some pounds and inches, but more important it has reset my healthy eating habits and enjoyment of whole, organic unprocessed foods.
