Restorative Aroma Yoga Chakra Six (Third Eye)

The intention of this Restorative Aroma Yoga class is to provide an open and safe space for students to let go of tension, pain, negative energy and to cultivate peace and balance. As with yoga, essential oils and plant extracts have been used for thousands of years to heal and balance the body, mind, and spirit. The essential oils we will work with in this class are specifically chosen for their calming, grounding and stress-relieving properties. Poses will be held for longer periods of time to release the tension commonly stored in the connective tissue of the body.
