Restorative Aroma Yoga Chakra Three (Solar Plexus)

The intention of this Restorative Aroma Yoga class is to provide an open and safe space for students to let go of tension, pain, negative energy and to cultivate peace and balance. As with yoga, essential oils and plant extracts have been used for thousands of years to heal and balance the body, mind, and spirit. The essential oils we will work with in this class are specifically chosen to clear energetic blockages in your solar plexus and deepen your connection to your purpose in life, courage, passion, desire and willpower. Poses will be held for longer periods of time to release the tension commonly stored in the connective tissue of the body. Enjoy essential oil infused water before and after class, 90 minutes of restorative yoga, and a special gift to take home. All props are provided. All you have to do is show up! You are welcome to bring a personal blanket from home for an extra cozy experience.
