About the event
Zoom - Video Conferencing App Live Stream classes are viewed via the Zoom video conferencing app. I recommend downloading and installing this app prior to your first class. Just prior to the start of class click the Zoom class link you receive in the email
- Allow the Zoom app to open
- Allow the use of “computer / internet audio”
- Once app is open, double check:
- Video is Stopped / Off / Red
- Audio is Stopped / Muted / Off / Red

Tips Set up in a quiet space and adjust volume on your device as needed. There will be no music during instruction but feel free to play the Spotify playlist, your own jams, or enjoy the quiet. Adjust location of your device to find better wifi as needed. I will not be able to provide tech support during the class and thank you for your patience during these initial online classes and any hiccups that may occur.
