Service Description

After your initial assessment ($125 waived), Shannon will guide you through 8 weeks of nutrition counseling. You receive two 60 minute nutrition sessions, one each month. Shannon will tweak your plan each time to guarantee results. Includes customized grocery list, recipes, and meals specific to your intake goals.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel and reschedule up to 24 hours before the class starts otherwise your session will be forfeited. If the class is full you will be added to a waitlist and notified if a space becomes available. Thank you for understanding.
